Why does my GE Water Dispenser model #GXCF05D01 leaks water onto the floor?Derrick
Optional Information: Make: GE Water Dispenser Model: GXCF05D01 Already Tried: I have cleaned the unit and push down firmly on the funnel receptacle into which the top of the five gallons water bottle fits, to ensure that it is properly sealed around the pipeline. Nevertheless it still leaks water onto the floor.
hi have you checked that the dispenser nozzles are tight in place
Yes I have checked and they seem to be tight.
where is the water forming
On the kitchen floor.
hi there must be a crack in the housing where the bottle sits upside down there is no other way for the water to come out
I see no visible crack. I will double check the unit thoroughly once more. Thank you.
