how do you mean its not getting to the level you put it on or is it taking to long to fill?

you set on high and the tub does not fill to the top

ok this would be the water level switch thats bad, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=this is the part that controls the level and is in the control panel, the one you set the water level with, you can order this @ thanks Bryan

usually about 1 and 1/2 " from the top of the tub on high level.
