My Sub Zero Model 642 is telling me to vacuum condensor.

Resolved Question:

My Sub Zero Model 642 is telling me to "vacuum condensor." I've thoroughly vacuumed, but it comes back on after about 12 hours. It's only cooling down to high 40s.

Any ideas?

You have refrigerant leak in all likelihood and you need to call a servicer to fix that. This is nothing odd.

Any idea how much a repair would cost if your diagnosis is correct?
Expert:  MRANSWER replied 6 years ago.
Under 12 yrs old about $350; over that $700 as parts are covered for 12 years on the sealed system.
