Does it seem to do everything else, just not empty?
Do you have the full model number too please?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.

Be patient, Im a woman...... It seems to do everything else, just not rinse properly, but I think thay may be because there is dirty water in the bottom.

HI Thanks
Ill type

OK it sounds like you have a blocked or burnt out discharge pump.
This is the pump that pumps the water out of the base of the machine.
If you follow the waste hose into the machine, it is the pump on the end of it.
If you can get access to it, you may well find it is just blocked up and needs clearing.
If its clear you can use a test meter to check for continuity, if its open circuit you will need to replace the pump.
Unfortunately that model number doesn't show up, its normally a much longer number for Bosch
