Likely temp sensor went bad, any display or error codes out of the ordinary? Usually when cooking the only way the door will lock is if you have a fire, element burns out and over heats in the process, or if the temp sensor reads something higher than 550. Hard to say which till the door unlocks. I would try grabbing the latch with a coat hanger bent just right. Thanks!
