Recently, a repairman for my refrigerator sold me a cleaning agent for my dishwasher. He said to put it in and run cycle to get id of the hard water buildup in the washer. Since then when I run a load during the drain cycle water drips from the bottom in two places. The dishwasher does drain and there is no water in it after it's done. What could be causing the leaking during the drain cycle?
Optional Information: Make: Bosch Model: SHU43C06UC?17 Already Tried: Adding a cleaning agent to remove hard water buildup. Removing the bottom mesh screen.
Is it dripping from door or under unit
If I put my hand under the door, the cotton packing is soaked. I guess that would mean it's dripping from under the door. Thanks.
Check your door seal at bottom
How would I do that, i.e.what would I be looking for?
JUST CHECK TO BE SURE IT IS IN PLACE AND CLEAN
Sir, I appreciate your time but if I'm frustrating you with my questions I really don't think we should continue.
Sir no you are not frustrating me i am sorry if you got that impression
When I open the door, there is no continuous rubber seal. With the door closed, I can reach underneath the door and the material is soaked.
ok the seal is on the door or inside where the door goes against it
Okay, it looks like there is a lot of soap buildup on the corners in the bottom.
Please clean this should take care of your problem. And again i am sorry for the miss understanding. thank you for your question
