Hi there...Model # XXXXX it is a upright wahser dryer unit and the Serial # XXXXX XXXXX would like to know how to get unit out of upright stand and is there a trick to gettingf into the back of the unit.
there should be two screws on the front panel at the bottom, is there?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
yup there are...unsrew them and face should come off ?
ok remove those and pull the front panel out at the bottom and it will come out from under the top. check the belts. once you have the front off reach under and you will feel the belts, is this full of water?
Customer: replied 6 years ago. there is no water in the there a trick to putting the belts on?... and where is the green button for you to get paid...

ok if you grab the washer at the front bottom and lift it a little bit while pulling it forward the washer will pull apart from the dryer, once you have it out far enough you can tip it back to get at the belts. they just roll off, you need to replace both if one is bad. they stretch,
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

From all indications ...would you go for the belts, first ? :-)

thanx... Terry

well yes, if you want try turning the big center pulley on the transmission and see if the tub spins freely. most likely you just need the belts though, they wear and stretch. heres a link to the parts, you need the washer pump belt and the transmission drive belt, thanks Bryan
