Customer Question

My Whirlpool Duet washer handle broke off yesterday and we found part #8181846 at Associated Parts & Supply in Tulsa, OK. My husband replaced the handle with the two screws and this morning, the handle (where one screw was inserted) broke again.
Would rubber washers keep this from happening again?

please remember we are not in your home to do the repair or test our self and cant always be 100% and can always overlook something / thanks

that was just a faulty part ,, you dont need a rubber washer because if you use one it could keep the door from closing completely and have a leak from the door / thanks
