Does this happen with all the burners?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

yes

Expert:  Mike replied 6 years ago.
Ok since the problem is with all the burners the problem is likely the pressure regulator. Click HERE to order a replacement part. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Mike

Expert:  Mike replied 6 years ago.
Yes correct it goes in the direction of the flow.
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
ok thats the way i put it on and still low flame
Expert:  Mike replied 6 years ago.
Thats odd, I don't see anything else on this model that would effect all the burners. Did you have any work done on the gas supply? Any work done in the kitchen? Is this a new stove top?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

its a used cook top could it be set up for lp not natural gas ? and if so what do i change

Expert:  Mike replied 6 years ago.
It's very possible it's set up for ng or lp...in this case you would need to replace the orifices to the burners. Click HERE to order replacement parts for this unit. Mike
