Have a dishwasher Model MDBH945AWW Touch board lost the wash complete lights months ago and now wont activate any kind of wash cycles

ok so when you press any of the buttons no response at all correct? do they at least beep when you press them or did they before?

  • well it could be but if theres no response from the key pad I would think the key pad is bad , you would need a key pad tester to be sure of that , do you have a volt meter?

Yes and I should tell you we had a power outage twice in the last two weeks one of them was last night

ok , the first thing I would check in that case is the door switches, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=remove the inside door skin and shut the power off then check the switches for continuity, if gthey check out take a look at the board and see if its burnt anywhere, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=let me know , thanks Bryan
