I have Sharp room aid conditioner CV10NH, Dated 08D, serial

Resolved Question:

I have Sharp room aid conditioner CV10NH, Dated 08D, serial #(NNN) NNN-NNNN I purchased the unit about one year ago.

The problem I'm experiencing is that the unit will not come on. The electrical cord head has a ground and two prongs. The smaller prong appears to be burned and is loose. That apparent damage is almost surely the problem. If that is true how can I quickly get this repair with a factory part.

otherwise the unit has preformed ad promised. Please advise. Thanks. XXXXX
