bosch vision 500 Washing Machine gave did not drain completely and gave me an E13 code. I was able to put it on drain cycle and it did drain although with a lot of noise from the machine (maybe from the pump?). I have checked the drain hose and water discharge hose and there are no clogs. I would like to try to check for obstructions of the pump but i cant figure out where the access panel is.

no, there is no small door in the front panel.
You need to check and clean the pump filter if you have not already done so.This is located at the bottom front right of washer.Unscrew anti-clockwise to remove and clean
How do I remove the large door panel on the front of the washer? I assume the pump access panel will be behind this.

yes, there is a panel under the door but there is no screws or anything. It is very tight and flush. I don't know how to pop it off.
hi if you tilt the machine back slightly you will see a screw on each side that will release the bottom panel then the pump sits back there just twist the cap on it and get towels.
