The broiler on our Whirlpool Gold Electric Oven Model # XXXXX stopped working. Everything else works fine. I'm wondering what the cause might be.

Thank you. When you say "continuity" are you referring to any physical damage to the element? If not, how would one go about "testing" the element.
well if you have a volt meter you can use that to check continuity, if not if theres a radio shack or an appliance parts store nearby they can test it for you,
