Hi F1 means the control board has suffered a fatal error. You should unplug the power for a minute then plug her back in. If this fails to clear the problem you will need to replace the control board or ERC (electronic oven control) Mike

how easy to replace the control board or ERC and estimate on the cost

You would pull the unit out and remove the panel at the rear of the control panel. Once the panel is off its just a case of taking out some screws and swapping wires. These control boards normally run between $150 - $250
