My Maytag Bravos washer shows an error code of "F1" every time I wash a load of clothes. This code is shown at the beginning of the wash and at the beginning of the rinse cycle. How can we remove this code?

F1 is a very bad error unfortunately. Try unplugging the unit 60 seconds to see if it will reset the control board. If not, then you will need a new relay control board which is about $200, because F1 means that the board has detected an internal short inside the control board itself.
