I have a Frigidaire Model#GLES389ESA Range. Last night a burner

This answer was rated:

I have a Frigidaire Model#GLES389ESA Range. Last night a burner came on by itself. We had to turn the circuit breaker off to turn burner off. When we turned breaker back on, the eye in question read "er" and the other 3 burners read "56". We turned breaker back on again this morning, the eye in question (er) would not work at all, and the other 3 burners only worked intermittently. The oven worked OK. Do you have any suggestions???

Thanking you in advance, Robert

most likely the power supply board to the burner controls has gone bad, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=its highly unlikely that all the burner controls themselves have failed, i would replace the power board, you can order this on line @ http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/showPart.pd?partNumber=316435702&a mp;productGroupId=0022&supplierId=628&brandId=1428&documentId=R0510141&keySuffixId=NA&modelNumber=GLES389ESA&keyId=0099&pageId=00001&productTypeId=0124160&searchModelNumber=GLES389ESA&subCompDesc=Backguard&brandDesc=FRIGIDAIRE&modelDesc=ELECTRIC-RANGE&blt=11 for around $27.00, its in the control panel, thanks Bryan
