We have a hot/cold water cooler (WHKM D20) which we discovered

Resolved Question:

We have a hot/cold water cooler (WHKM D20) which we discovered was leaking this am when water started dripping through the ceiling on the lower level.
We cannot find any obvious source of the leak and I was wondering if you may have any suggestions as to where we should looking further?

Hello,

It would just be a little bit hard to open the unit but most usual parts that break would be the rubber hoses that connects to the faucet. This sometimes becomes brittle( specially on the hot side) and would just crack and water would then leak out.

Another place to look at is the center plastic fitting from the bottom of the cold container. This plastic fitting also cracks from time to time and would be a source of leak. ( This part is very hard to repair. It would be necessary to remove almost everything in order to reach for this part. )
