My GE profile Artica is not dispensing either crushed or regular

Resolved Question:

My GE profile Artica is not dispensing either crushed or regular ice. The water dispenser works, but you have to press the lever harder than usual. The ice maker is making ice and the freezer is working.... so how do I get the ice dispenser to work?
I have checked and reset the ice container and I have checked to make sure the line isn't frozen... not sure what do check next...

most likely the solenoid is bad in this, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=do you hear the auger turning and the flap is just not opening?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

Yes, the auger isn't turning... can't tell if the flap isn't opening for sure, but looks like it's not.

I have reset the ice "basket" a couple of times, but no "action"... I also removed the ice near the grinder to make sure nothing had frozen up.

What is and where is the solenoid?

no. nothing.

I think its the solenoid, you need to pop the dispenser cover off to get to this, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=then remove the screws holding the internal parts to get to it, thanks Bryan
