you have a bad thermal fuse in this, it will look like this and will be on the blower assembly if you take the front bottom panel off, Part 2986or this, Part 2923depends on your model. you can order these parts @ http://www.repairclinic.com/Kenmore-Dryer-Parts?s=b6a8e put in your model # XXXXX make sure you get the right one, thanks Bryan

I removed the front panel and there is not a fuse as you have described. Where else should I look.

Hello,

I found the fuse it is a solid state one on this model. I tested it and it failed. I found as local replacement part and just got done installing it and everything is working great. Thanks for the help!
