i have an admiral electric dryer model ade7005ayw and have recently moved now i need to change the power cord to a 3 prong which i did but im not sure what to do with the green and yellow wire that was connected to the green wire from the old cord

on the 4 prong i took off they were but the 3 prong im putting on are all copper...

ok my question is with the grounding ...on the 4 prong the green wire was connected with a green and yellow striped wire and screwed to metal on the to ground it do i just need to screw that green and yellow wire to the back again?
