Hi Welcome to The Just Answer Appliance Category..My name is XXXXX XXXXX to working with you Today on your appliance repair problem..From what you are describing the chances of both elements being faulty at the same time are slim...There is a limit sensor # XXXXX on your oven...It is located behind the back panel...You would need to test it with a meter..If it checks ok then more than likely your control board is faulty....I would first check the limit sensor..
