Hi Welcome to The Just Answer Appliance Category..My name is XXXXX XXXXX to working with you Today on your appliance repair problem..Are you saying when you close the fridge door ...the freezer door comes open..? Please explain a bit more thanks Bob
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
yes that is exactly what i am saying

Some units have a back pressure valve...Your model does not...What i would do is try adjusting the door hinge #275 from the top hinge screws ..Then readjust the door...

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
i adjusted#275 then readjusted the door ; however it did not seem to make any differance whats next?
Does the freezer door seem to pull open easily when you normally open it..?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
the top door seems to open alittle easier than the bottom; howeverit seemsto seal alright as there is no frost
If you can try having the unit unplugged for at least 24 hours and opened up...Then see if you still have the same problem...Without being there in front of unit the only other possibility would be the door seal itself..Even tho it seals there is a magnetic stripe inside the seal...Which might be causing your problem..
