Customer Question

I bought a Dishwasher model iud9500wxi from IKEA recently. The install went well, and the test run started out fine, then the washer stopped in middle of the cycle and went dead. There is water in the bottom. Nothing works, no lights on the control panel or any other sign that there is power. The circuit breaker did not trip. The water is not high enough to lift the overflow float. Is there a fuse somewhere in the unit that could have blown, or some other safety shutdown that might cause this? Thanks.

Optional Information:
Make: Ikea Renlig
Model: iud9500wx1

Already Tried:
-Checked the circuit breaker - no problem. -Checked the overflow float - not floating. -Looked at my wiring connections - nuts are tight, ground is where it is supposed to be. -Held down the control panel lock button as instructed - no sign the control panel is working. -Water is on. -Door is closed properly.

Hi. Welcome to JA.

Check the wireing connection for loose wires. If they are good then you have a defective unit. There are no breakers or internal fuses.

\Best, THS
