Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok, can you pull the refrigerator away from the wall and check to see if the compressor is warm and vibrating?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.

nothing is warm or vibrating

Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok so the compressor isn't running correct. ? the problem is probably the main control board in this, its located on the back of the refrigerator behind a panel, this is the board, Part(NNN) NNN-NNNN width=these have been re designed 4 times because they fail, you can get this @ http://www.repairclinic.com/SSPartDetail.aspx?s=t-WR55X10556-%3d%3di1193023&PartID=1193023 and you can replace this yourself, is the fan in the freezer running? do the lights come on when you open the doors?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
lights come on and fan is running i think
Expert:  Bryan replied 6 years ago.
ok see if you can remove the board and flip it over , check for a bad solder connection on the back side, even if you don't find one the board is most likely bad anyway, thanks Bryan
