My Maytag 4000 washer keeps saying F20 before finishing each cycle. Why is this doing this and how can I get it to turn off?

Hello and thanks for your question. I think your washer is an Epic Z but I will still need the model number. It should be just inside the door opening. Dave

Thanks. On your washer the F20 cost means there was a problem with either no water or slow water fill to the washer. If it takes more than 13 minutes to fill the washer, the water valves are shut off and the error is displayed. If you are on a well and the screen on the cold water valve is partially blocked this will happen. Check this and let me know if you still need help. Dave
