Customer Question

My LG washer (Model #WM2032HS Serial#302KW00582) has recently started making a loud rubbing noise during its spin cycle and It appears to be off balance frequently.I would like to know if this is an indication of a major failure, is it common in this unit, I would also like to find out If it is under warranty.

this is probably the rear bearing causing this, the bearing isn't a lot of money but is very difficult to replace, you would need to call for service on this, as far as under warranty you would have to call L.G to find out. thanks Bryan
