F21 means long drain time. To correct the issue just remove the 3 screws along the bottom of the lower front panel. Remove the panel and locate the 3" diameter plastic hand twist cap ner the center. Unscrew this cap and you can clear the drain catch behind it in case something is blocking the drain line from draining. In addition to this, you might want to tip the machine back at a 45 degree angle before removing the cap because all the water inside the tub will run out the washer if you don't. This will limit the water spill to being fairly minimal.
