it seems that I have a stain on my flat top stove...I have always used "Ceramabryte" and it has always worked...up until now. What can I do to take the stain off?

If you have a deep stain the only thing you can do is pour soapy water on it and use a very sharp razor at a slight angle and scrap it off. This will not scratch your top if done correctly. The soapy water allows the blade to slide easier to prevent scratching.
