hold the button for a bit, does the unit heat after a minute?

ok well this means that your motor relay has shorted out and you will need to replace the relay. This relay is actually located in the control panel so if you take the control panel off you can see it. There are 2 small black boxes and these are your motor and heater relay. The one that does NOT have large red wires connected to it is the motor relay and this is the part you need to replace. Here is a link to the part and you will need to order and replace it.
