How to take apart kenmore stackable washer & dryer?

Just bought a kenmore stackable unit and we would like to disassemble it to bring up the stairs.
if u stand in front the washer close the lid there is a panel with two screws remove the screws to gain access
we did that and it doesn't come completey detached
can i get the model number please that panel should have 2 screws then pop out
we took out those screws already, but there are two impossible screws withe nut heads that are impossible to reach that we are trying to remove, i am not satified and don't think you can be of any assistance. i would like a refund!
