Ok the 2 most common causes are the support wheels (21) or the idler wheel which is located next to the motor. Once you have figured which is making the noise click HERE for the replacement part. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask. Mike

How difficult a job is it to replace these parts?

The idler is easy since you only need to take the panel out underneath the door but the drum wheels really hard. You have to take the top off and then the control board. Then you need to take the front off and pull the drum out. The drum supports are not for the faint harted or average diy'er, Mike
