Number 7 in are the screws under the tool storage cover.

I am not looking for screws. I am looking for a way to take the vacuum apart so I can get to the motor. I do not see any screws or any other way to take this apart.

If you look at the diagram I sent you it shows the screws under the tool cover . This is what you are looking for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!To remove the motor. Right
