Our Jenn-Air Micro wave is not working. I went to heat a bun

This answer was rated:

Our Jenn-Air Micro wave is not working. I went to heat a bun for 20 sec. pushed the start button and the whole thing went blank. There is no time showing or anything. Just a blank sceen and it will not do anything at all. I tried pushing the buttons to see if something would show on the screen...still nothing. What is the problem?

I appreciate any and all help!!

Hello...i donot see anything that says the word model number. I have a lot of numbers here. The initials in front of this one is FCC id and then the that what u need

ok look in these places,
  1. Don't enter a dash if it's not required.
  2. Don't enter any blank spaces.
  3. Be sure a zero is not the letter O.
  4. Be sure a lower case L is not a 1.
  5. Kenmore models always have a 3 digit prefix such as 110 or 665, then a period, then more numbers.
Next, look for an aluminum tag--or a silver or white adhesive label. The model number may be printed or stamped onto the tag and it may be written in two different type sizes or styles.

You might find the tag in one of these places:

Built in

  • On the face frame, or the side of the control panel with the door open
  • On the bottom of the unit

  • On the back of the unit
  • On the face frame, or the side of the control panel with the door open
