I have the LG TROMM Steam Washer WM2688HNM and the detergent dispenser tray fills with water and doesn't dispense all the detergent after every single wash. I've tried cleaning the tray and the opening it goes into, but it hasn't helped. I've also run the recommended cleaning solution through it several times to no avail. Do you have any ideas?

if cleaning the tray hasn't helped, it means that the water is not coming in quick enough to produce a great enough pressure to siphon the detergant tray. To correct this issue, you will need to replace your electronic water valve located on the back of the washer. This is the valve attached to the fill hoses from your house.
