KENMORE REEFER MOD#106.9552820.....WATER NO LONGER RUNS TO ICE MAKER OR COLD WATER DISPENSER. ALL ELSE WORKS GREAT

first, make sure the Refrigerator is getting water, you will need to pull the refrigerator forward and disconnect the water line from the back of the refrigerator to make sure it's getting water.

If it's getting water then open the refrigerator and remove the 2 crisper drawers at the bottom. Make sure the water reservoir behind these drawers is not frozen. If it is, use a hair dryer to thaw out the reservoir.

If everything checks good, then replace the electronic water valve on the back of the refrigerator. Here is a link to this part.
