PF stands for power failer, is the range working now?

PREHEAT LIGHT IS BLINKING, NO HEAT IN OVEN.

ok have you tried shutting the breaker off for a few minutes and see if it resets?

ok pull the oven away from the wall and unplug it, remove the back panel that covers the wiring and check this, Part 2626Power supply terminal block make sure a wire from the plug has not burned off.

IF YOU MEAN THE BLOCK WHERE THE POWER CORD ATTACHES, ALL TERMINALS AND WIRES ARE TIGHT.

yes , thats what its going to be, you will need to have this installed be a tech though the wiring is different from the original, and its the only replacement available for your unit.
