How do you remove the control panel to a Jenn Air wall oven

Customer Question

How do you remove the control panel to a Jenn Air wall oven? A service technician came by and he didn't know how to do it. Everything works except the bake button is nonresponsive even after resetting the circuit breaker.

Optional Information:
Make: Jenn Air

Already Tried:
Unplugged the wire prongs, but can't plub in one of the prongs that is tucked away behind the control panel. I can't find any screws that secure the control panel.

There is a vent under the control panel have you removed it?

Customer replied1227 days and 16 hours ago.

My recollection is the oven door closes pretty flush to the control panel. The vent is above the control panel and beneath the attached microwave oven.

I removed the vent. No screws above, beneath or around the control panel. It looks like the entire oven unit needs to be pulled out to access the control panel. Is that true?

The issue is one last remaining wire prong is impossible to plug back in because there isn't enough room to fit my hand all the way up behind the control panel and then plug it in. The service tech couldn't do it either. Is there a better way?

Then it sounds like you will have to pull the unit out and remove the top cover.
