fridge model tz18q2w defrost drain seems stopped up under freezer. water drips out of vent holes in top of refridgerated area. pan in bottom is dry. cannot figure out how to remove the bottm panel in the freezer to access and clean. put a level on it and its tilted so water would run to the back. Solutions?
ok you need to remove the screws in the back panel in the freezer and pull the panel in from the top, sometimes these get really frozen and are hard to move, take a hair dryer and let it run in the freezer until the panel comes loose, heres a diagram, if you cant get the panel off the only other option is to unplug the refrigertator for twenty four hours and leave the doors open until it defrosts the ice from the drain tube, if you get the back panel out of the freezer the drain hole will be at the center under the coils, take hair dryer and defrost until it drains freely, thanks Bryan

got the panel off and am proceeding with hair dryer. there has been a few beverages frozen and exploded that probably ran into the vent in the front of the freezer. think that would do it?
probably, be patiant it may take a while to defrost, you can use hot water also but you need lots of towels, its faster though, once its clear and draining frely put it back together and your all set. thanks Bryan
