My dacor millennia cooktop is in lock mode and I cant unlock

My dacor millennia cooktop is in lock mode and I can't unlock it, it happened while I was
not cooking but the cooktop was not locked. I do have power, the cooktop is almost
three years old.

I am in the middle of cooking dinner, please H E L P !!

Try this and get back with me unplug for 5 minutes then plug back in,like i mentioned get back with me ok.

Press and hold the DACOR logo for 3-4 seconds. You will hear three beeps and the light will go out. The control panel is now ready for use. Now you can finish dinner.

t hat is not the problem, I do that every day and lock and unlock when I cook!!1
The light is weaker than normal and flickering on and off.
