It is going to be the burner switch behind the knob. The part replaces all of them. Unplug the unit and remove all the burner heads. Remove all the screws under from where the burners where. Two spring clips under the lip of the top and the knob panel will release the top. Remove the knobs and the screws under and on top of the knob panel. Replace the swtch assembly.

Yes it can. If it is only chipped near the tip and the spark still jumps off of the tip it will be good. If it is cracked inside it will have to be replaced. You can switch the bad ignitor with one in the rear (less used). The electrodes are now available with out having to buy the whole burner. If you replace any of the take your time wiggling them in/out.
