by reading online repair forums, it seems I have a bad motherboard on SN rg235758 how do I recieve a new one?

I do have a follow up question.

My symptoms are:

Fan cycling between high and low speeds during a cycle. RPM's go up then go down.

Fan is making howling noises

Some condensation inside freezer.

Does this definatley sound like the MB to you? Could it be something else?

Do you know anything of the recall that GE has for this part?

yes it does and this is common, replace the board and that will take care of it, well wishes and happy holidays, thanks Bryan, you would have to call G.E to see if there is a recall on this , but good luck G.E. doesnt like to give things away, you never know though!
