GE Monogram ZBD6500 Cycles through to Sani Wash- (not sure

Resolved Question:

GE Monogram ZBD6500 Cycles through to Sani Wash- (not sure if normal wash cycles are occurring, soap and some water is distributed / rinse is not very impressive / it eventually drains) Does this suggest a problem with the turbidity sensor or with the drain function? What is the suggested approach? Thanks

this is more likely the control board or the circulation pump but definitely not the turbidity sensor. If the turbidity sensor was bad it would fill up and try to wash over and over and over and the cycle would take close to 3 or 4 hours. If you're not getting good water spraying and pressure, then chances are your pump is bad. If the unit is just not working and it seems like something is confused, then chances are it's just the board and it will need to be replaced.

What tests would confirm either the pump or the control board to be at fault?

just by the way it's acting. If it's acting different and not runing through all the cycles correctly then the board is at fault.

if it's runs through all the cycles normally but you just don't have good water spraying pressure, then you pump assembly is bad.
