We have an Amana Model ARSE66ZBW side by side freezer/refrigerator.

Resolved Question:

We have an Amana Model ARSE66ZBW side by side freezer/refrigerator. The freezer wors fine but the refrigerator side does not appear to be working. We have run through all the trouble shooting hints and still the temeratures, even at the coldest setting are well below normal, can't seem to get above about 50 degrees. Any thoughts or solutions before we call the appliance doctor? We would like to avoid an expensive visit from the doctor if it is something simple. Thanks.

do you hear the fan running in the freezer? is there any frost on the back panel inside the freezer?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
I have heard the fan running the freezer kick on and off and there is not any frost on the back panel inside the freezer.
Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
ok, can you remove the back panel in the freezer section and tell me what the frost pattern on the coils look like?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Do you mean inside the freezer section or behind (back side) the appliance itself?
Expert:  Bryan replied 7 years ago.
inside the freezer itself, there should be screws to remove the panel, Bryan
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Frost is mostly on the right side of coils and ice at the upper right adjacent to fan.
