F1 means that either your thermistor is shorted or your control board is shorted. The oven sensor is located inside the oven mounted to the back wall. It looks like a 3-4" long thin metal rod. You will need to remove this sensor and check the resistance. It should have a resistance of 1080 ohms at room temperature. If it doesn' then replace it, otherwise you need to replace your display control board.
