The pilot flame is on in the oven, but the lines of flame do

Resolved Question:

The pilot flame is on in the oven, but the lines of flame do not ignite. Might it need a coupler?

If the pilot is on and the main burner does not come on it's because the main gas valve is not opening. I would check for power at the gas valve when the oven is turned on and if you don't get power the control board is bad, if you do get power the gas valve is bad. If you're not able to perform this test you might consider a local tech.
