GE Profile microwave, just over a year old, quit working while defrosting. I thought it was the transformer and replaced and still nothing. Fuses are good, capacitor is good.

Replacing parts without a dignsosis is a waste as you have found out. I can help you only if you have a voltmeter and know how to use it.

Do you have voltage TO the transformer when in heating? Measure at input side.

Well, all fuses good and no display means a failed control board.

Any local appliance parts supply or check ge.com's appliance site. I always look on ebay for best price before buying anywhere else.

Just wanted to ensure that you checked all thermal fuses as well. They look like small round cans. usually one on magnetron and one on top of oven ceiling.
