Resolved Question:

I have a Whirlpool refrigerator purchased in 07/99 model #ET21GKX14HW00
Serial # XXXXX There are no cracks or broken pieces any where in the
inside. But!! I am getting water in the bottom under the crisper drawers. I
have felt the sides and back and they are not wet. Where do you think the
water is coming from? I have to keep a towel in the bottom.

Thank you. XXXXX at [email protected]

you will need to clear the defrost drain line in this. when these defrost the water is suppose to go down a drrain tube to the pan below the refrigerator, this is clogged with ice. remove the back panel in the freezer serction and under the coils in the middle there is a drain hole, (probably covered in ice at this point) take a hair dryer or hot water and defrost the drain until it drains freely. this will take care of your problem, thanks Bryan
