I have a 5 year old Kenmore 2 door freezer on top refrigerator.

Resolved Question:

I have a 5 year old Kenmore 2 door freezer on top refrigerator. The freezer
is working great but the refrigerator is not getting cold. It seems "cool" but will not cool to the temperature it should be. Already replaced the
defrost control switch but nothing has changed. The fan continues to run as if it is defrosting the refrigerator. Any suggestions?
Thank you,
George

Is there frost on the back wall of the freezer?

No.

Is the evaporator fan running in the freezer?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
There is a fan running in the freezer. You can feel it.
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
That fan is what sends the cold air into the lower compartment. There must be a blockage.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
How would you get to the blockage?
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
You would have to remove the back cover of the freezer.
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
It appears that the back of this refrigerator can not come off. Could it be the fan down on the bottom of the back side, it runs all the time.
Expert:  Dave replied 7 years ago.
The fan at the bottom back is the condensor fan. The part you need to remove is inside the freezer, it covers the evaporator. It's number 10 on this link. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getSubComp.pd?modelNumber=25373893304&productCategoryId=0166000&brandId=0582&modelName=REFRIGERATOR&diagramPageId=00002&componentDescription=CABINET&documentId=R0401032&blt=06
