Have you checked the air-gap for clogs? Can you double-check the model number?

model no. maybe 665.15835790 not(NNN) NNN-NNNN what is the air gap

Typically, the drain line goes from the dishwasher, then to the air-gap on the top edge of the sink, then into a disposal or drain. Have you tried disconnecting the drain line and running it into a bucket? If it still doesn't drain you have have a clog in part #15 in the link I am sending. AND MOTOR&documentId=10054246&blt=06

I did disconnect the drain line and the dishwasher did drain. If we run the washer and it does not completely drain what is the next step

Thank You

You need to find where the clog is, past the drain hose. Are you getting a good stream of water when it drains into the bucket? It should come out like a garden hose on full blast.
