I have an F25 error on my fairly new Whirlpool Duet washer.

I have an F25 error on my fairly new Whirlpool Duet washer. Rerunning Drain/Spn as recommended does not help - just gives another F25 error. Any suggestions? Place to look for loose wires?

Hello this is a communication error with the motor. The first spot i would check the mcu on the lower front of the unit. Remove the lower front panel three screws check the wires there unplug and plug back in if that does not work check the wires on the top board. The top has three screws in it then it will slide back and off.
